We do not provide dosing, administration, or usage instructions for our products.

6. Product Information

8. Customer Accounts

Customers must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Absolute Peptides reserves the right to refuse account creation, restrict account access, cancel orders, or terminate an account when we determine that an account or transaction may violate these Terms or applicable requirements.

9. Order Review and Cancellation

Products purchased from Absolute Peptides may not be resold, transferred, distributed, or provided to another person or organization for any prohibited use described in these Terms.

You must not knowingly transfer products to any person or organization for human or animal consumption or administration.

14. Compliance Monitoring

If we identify conduct suggesting that products may be intended for prohibited use, we may suspend or terminate the customer's account and refuse future transactions.

Absolute Peptides does not represent or warrant that any product is suitable for a particular research protocol, experiment, application, or purpose.

Customers are responsible for independently determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended research application.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Absolute Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transfer, or use of products, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
